Junior Product Manager 100% (m/f)

You love agricultural technology, think entrepreneurially, and want to actively shape the future of the family business Robert Aebi Landtechnik AG in Switzerland? In this role, you are responsible for the holistic product management of John Deere AG in the Swiss market. As a central interface between suppliers, sales, dealers, and internal departments, you ensure market-oriented solutions, efficient processes, and successful implementation of the sales strategy.

• Comprehensive management of John Deere AG products in the Swiss market
• Interface function between suppliers, dealers, and Robert Aebi Landtechnik AG
• Ensuring rapid introduction of new products
• Support and professional contact person for the sales field service
• Ensuring administrative order and contract processing
• Creating, maintaining, and calculating price lists
• Organizing and conducting sales training (dealers and field service)
• Participation in demonstrations, trade fairs, and events including trade fair support
• Coordination of development proposals to manufacturers
• Participation in marketing concepts, sales promotions, and campaigns
• Creating purchase and sales planning
• Monitoring storage costs, market shares, and competitive developments
• Purchasing machines within the specified framework
• Approval of special conditions and discounts according to guidelines
• Professional authority over sales field service and workshop staff

• Agricultural or mechanical basic training with appropriate further education
• Further training as a technical merchant or equivalent
• Alternatively: several years of experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills with internal and external customers
• Organizational talent with networked thinking and good healthy assertiveness, honest and committed
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills, French mandatory, English an advantage
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (Excel, Word) and MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage
