Customer Success Support
Abrantix AG, headquartered in Switzerland, is an international provider of payment software and technologies. Through our software ReconHub, our customers can fully automate the reconciliation of payment transactions of all kinds and post them to financial accounting.
We are an innovative and open-minded team with a high level of technical and accounting understanding and skills. Our goal is to ensure that ReconHub functions to the fullest satisfaction of our customers.
You will strengthen our Customer Success ReconHub area in Zurich and Munich.
You are the first point of contact for our customers' questions and keep an overview of open customer inquiries. Additionally, you support the team in implementing new projects.

- You process and resolve support requests at the 1st level.
- You keep an overview of all support requests and regularly check them.
- You conduct remote training sessions with customers.
- You execute data orders and check them in ReconHub for completeness.
- You support our customers and the internal team in configuring ReconHub.
- You work 2 days every 1-2 months at our branch in Zurich.

- You show a high level of commitment and remain calm in stressful situations.
- You have a technical flair. Knowledge of accounting and cashless payment transactions is an advantage.
- You communicate clearly and understandably with various stakeholders in German and English. Additional languages (e.g., French) are an advantage.
- You have completed training and have very good PC skills.
