What to expect
- Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of a multi-member team of business analysts
- Responsibility for the process strategy in the Private business area in close coordination with the overarching business strategy
- Analysis, optimization, and further development of existing business processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Introduction of new standardized and automated processes, including active management of the transformation process
- Technical responsibility for sprint and release planning as well as for testing sales applications
- Definition and monitoring of process-relevant KPIs to ensure continuous performance improvement
- Responsibility for risk and control definition (ICS) in the Private business area
- Management, coordination, and participation in projects as well as in the introduction of new systems
- Co-responsibility for training related to systems and processes

What you bring
- Completed studies (FH, university) in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Experience in leading an operational or strategic area of responsibility
- Several years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational excellence
- Solid experience in project management
- Expertise in health or accident insurance is an advantage
- Strong process- and quality-oriented thinking
- Highly developed analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working behavior
- High communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- High degree of initiative and independence
- Flawless German skills, Italian skills are a plus
