To complete our Human Resources team at the Regional Hospital of Lugano, we are looking for a
Human Resources Officer (100%)
Profile:
The sought person must ensure, in compliance with current laws and directives and the applicable company procedures, the correct and timely execution of the activities related to the administration of local personnel, providing the necessary operational and consulting support to internal and external stakeholders.
Specifically, the main activities include recruitment processes (posting job advertisements, administrative management of applications, support for contract drafting, data entry in SAP, welcoming new hires, permit applications, authorization procedures with the Health Office, etc.), the corporate life cycle (contract modifications, consulting at the human resources desk, etc.), and exit processes (drafting work certificates, various calculations, etc.).
The sought profile must therefore have good organizational and relational skills, a sense of responsibility, flexibility, confidentiality, discretion, and the ability to work in a team.
Additionally, there should be a willingness to apply the principles of continuous improvement, seek efficiency, as well as a good capacity for self-criticism and to work within a team and a cross-functional organization.
Necessary requirements:
- federal certificate of competence (AFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification;
- knowledge of national languages: Italian minimum level C2 spoken and written, German and French minimum level B1 spoken and written;
- good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package;
- professional certificate as an HR assistant (HRSE);
- federal professional certificate (APF) as a personnel specialist;
- knowledge of SAP systems (HR module) and Polypoint PEP;
- professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
