Our Labor & Employment Law Practice operates nationally and internationally in all relevant areas of labor and social security law. Our practice group advises companies and individuals on all matters related to labor law and social security. We accompany national and international projects, restructurings, and compliance initiatives and offer practical, legally secure solutions for complex challenges. Exciting and diverse mandates await you from day one.
Your main tasks
- Our focus is on advising our clients in all matters of labor and social security law, where you will also regularly encounter issues of contract and corporate law. In addition, you have the opportunity to gain in-depth experience in public administrative and procedural law
- You work closely with our auditors, management consultants, and tax specialists at home and abroad and coordinate the smooth implementation between the client, the involved EY departments, and external parties
- You are involved from day one in interesting, complex national and international projects and work directly with specialists from our other EY departments as well as the clients
- Bern is basically your primary workplace, with home office being part of everyday life and other EY locations also possible as workplaces
What we are looking for
- Master's degree in law and a lawyer's license are required; study or work experience abroad is an advantage
- Ideally at least 1 to 2 years of work experience including labor and/or social security law, in a law firm, consulting company, or legal department. Do you have less experience but are motivated to learn a lot quickly? Please also apply
- Flexible team player with analytical skills
- As an international company, we require very good German and English skills. French or Italian are of course very welcome as additional languages
