Your Tasks

• Professional, organizational and personnel management of a nursing ward
• Ensuring and continuously developing age-appropriate, high-quality care taking into account current nursing science findings
• Responsibility for the care and support of our patients (m/f/d) 
• Personnel management, deployment planning and professional development of nursing staff in close coordination with the nursing management
• Promotion of cooperative and interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors (m/f/d), therapists (m/f/d) and other professional groups
• Co-design and implementation of change processes as well as ensuring quality assurance and further development of nursing concepts

Your Profile

• Completed training as a health and nursing nurse (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to complete it
• Several years of professional experience in the nursing field, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Organizational skills, decisiveness and structured, independent work
• Team orientation as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
