What awaits you:
- As a project manager, you are responsible for CX digitization projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- With a confident, empathetic leadership style, you strengthen our project teams and inspire customers.
- In large projects, you take on program management and also coordinate partner companies.
- After careful analysis, you advise customers on optimizing processes, organization, and customer experiences. Your focus is on best practices, use cases, and data strategies in sales.
- You consistently keep scope, budget, resources, schedule, and quality in view.
- In addition, you contribute your know-how in presales activities and support our sales team.
What you bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT projects or consulting, ideally as an external service provider.
- Hands-on mentality – you get things done.
- Strong competence in stakeholder and expectation management.
- Communicative and confident at all levels – from clerk to CEO.
- Enthusiasm for CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service) and CX topics.
- Customer centricity is a given for you.
- Very good German and English skills.
- High self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for new technologies.
