WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- holistic, professional care and support for residents with a focus on skill enhancement and independence
- You will help shape the residents' leisure time and assist with everyday tasks, such as household chores and cooking
- Support in daily living activities
- Relationship building and communication
- structured, normality-oriented daily and leisure activities
- Planning and implementation of activity offerings in the internal workshop
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of support measures
- Support for residents in crisis situations
- Continuous long shifts as well as on-call duty with overnight stays
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- completed training as a specialist in care EFZ
- interest in caring for people with autism spectrum disorder
- preferably, you have already gained experience in dealing with challenging behaviors
- you are an independent, committed, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- you have patience and humor
- knowledge of the TEACCH approach and supported communication or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
- good administrative skills
- Preferably, you have a driver's license category B
