Your tasks
- You take over kitchen responsibility during the absence of the head chef
- You consider the special needs of our residents and are responsible for implementation, such as special diets and nutritional requirements
- You supervise our apprentice
- Assistance with menu planning
- Independent management of all stations
- Co-responsibility for ordering food and stock management
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety regulations, HACCP
Your profile
- Completed training as a Cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- High quality awareness
- Joy and enthusiasm for contemporary catering forms
- Several years of professional experience in à la carte and banquet areas
- Good communication skills in German
