This full-time position is available as soon as possible.
What does the role involve?
As one of our Event Managers, you conceptualize, plan and implement internal and external events for different international target groups focusing mainly on Hilti employees. A large part of our events are incentive trips for our global colleagues who come to our corporate headquarters and the region. You will host these groups during their whole trip. Additionally, you will organize global summits for various departments.
Your responsibilities will cover every step of the event process: from initial concept development and stakeholder alignment, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and smooth on-site execution and follow-up activities. This includes setting up the event and registration websites using Cvent.
What you need is:

environment, exceptional assistance and a great team around you. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and professional knowledge in event management, preferably in a event agency
- Deep understanding of storytelling and execution of events
- Familiarity with event and project management tools such as Cvent and Jira
- Hands-on and customer-focused mentality, with the willingness to go the extra mile
- Fluent German and English
- Driving license and willingness to travel within the DACH region (on average 5-6 weeks per year)
