• Respond to specific guest requests to facilitate their stay and build loyalty (organizing excursions, ticketing, restaurant reservations, etc.)

• Handle administrative tasks related to the department

• Manage keys for rooms, lounges, cars, and passes

• Manage expenses and cash handling

• Optimize the sale of all hotel services

• Develop and maintain external contacts and relationships with other departments

• Promote the image of Beau-Rivage Palace

• Perform client and hotel billing

• Supervise the proper functioning and organization of the parking lot

• Train and monitor the training of valets

• Supervise the delivery of luggage for groups and individual guests

• Good computer skills

• Knowledge of Fidelio appreciated

• Excellent level of French/English and good knowledge of another language

• Excellent knowledge of tourism and culture of Lausanne and its region as well as good general knowledge

• Organized / rigorous

• Excellent presentation / Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer service oriented and diplomatic

• Dynamic, curious, lively, and open-minded
