The Burgerspittel is the senior institution of the Burgergemeinde Bern. In a refined atmosphere, we offer care and support as well as numerous hospitality services for around 190 elderly residents. We cultivate a warm welcome culture and treat employees and residents openly and appreciatively.

These are your tasks
- Relieving and supporting residents with heart and empathy
- Providing basic care according to individual needs
- Ensuring the flow of information in the responsible area as well as at the handovers with the day shift

- Completed training as Assistant in Health & Social Services or SRK nursing assistant
- Independent and responsible work
- Attentive listening and respectful communication
- Humorous and appreciative attitude towards our residents
- Good oral and written German skills and you understand Swiss German dialect
