Your tasks
- At the highest cantonal court in the heart of Lucerne, you support the judges in decision-making and trial management.
- You independently draft judgments and decisions in administrative law with a focus on construction and/or tax law and thus contribute to precise legal decisions.
- You analyze fundamental and complex legal issues and develop clear, comprehensible solutions.
- You participate in court hearings and judgment consultations. In doing so, you take the minutes, provide advisory support, and complete the final editing.
Your profile
- Completed law degree and a lawyer's license or relevant professional experience.
- You have a strong interest in administrative law and are interested in continuous professional development.
- Your analytical thinking skills and quick comprehension enable you to grasp even complex matters quickly and thoroughly.
- You work in a structured and independent manner but also appreciate exchange within a committed team.
