For the further development of this important business area, we are looking for a strong leadership personality who drives innovations and accompanies our customers in their digital transformation together with their team.

• You take responsibility with your interdisciplinary team of up to 10 employees for project management, consulting, service ownership, and support for our customers in wholesale
• You lead your team both disciplinarily and methodically
• You ensure that our processes and methods are followed and actively drive the continuous improvement process
• In close cooperation with the department management and your colleague at the head of department level, you contribute to the strategic development of the wholesale area and specifically leverage synergies

• You have training in business informatics, business administration, or computer science at FH/HF or FA level
• You bring at least three years of leadership experience, ideally complemented by further training, and have a good understanding of business processes
• You like to take responsibility, make well-founded decisions, and actively drive topics forward
• Knowledge in ERP, agriculture, or energy environment is an advantage
• As a communicative personality with native-level German, you convince with your charisma and quickly gain the trust of new contacts
