Essential Junior / Experienced Customer Advisor (subject to position availability) - Branch Network and Online Bank - St-Remy-De-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France

Support Sarah and Louis in financing their car, open an account for little Théa who has just been born, help Isabelle prepare for her retirement or Valentin finance his studies … On a daily basis as well as in key moments of life, you support your clients in developing their projects.

Specifically, you will be required to:
• Support and advise your clients on their banking operations
• Offer personalized products and services (payment methods, consumer credit, savings, etc.)
• Promote our digital tools and services
• Analyze your clients' financial situation and the risks related to operations
• Work in synergy with specialized advisors for specific requests (real estate project, wealth management, commercial activity, etc.)
• Participate in the commercial development of your branch

 • You have good interpersonal skills, enjoy contact and have a sense of listening
• You are full of energy and ideas to provide the best solution to your clients and to develop the branch

Experienced: You have 2 years of experience in client portfolio management in the banking sector

Junior: You hold a Bac +2/+3 diploma in the commercial or banking field, with initial commercial experience

 The role of Essential Customer Advisor is key to discovering our Retail Banking network.

Thanks to our personalized training programs and internal mobility, you can progress to positions such as Premium Customer Advisor or Deputy Branch Manager.
