What you do:

• You operate the Döneramt operationally – from ordering goods through preparation, production & sales to guest service on site
• You drive the food truck safely to the location, set it up, operate it, and also take care of dismantling, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment at the end
• You always keep an overview of quality, hygiene, regulations, and daily key figures
• You actively work in the kitchen, logistics, and with guests – wherever you are needed
• You ensure quality, hygiene, and smooth processes
• You work independently and reliably – even when things get hectic

What you bring:

• You bring a gastronomy heart with experience in service or kitchen, have craftsmanship flair & humor
• You have experience in the food truck, catering, or street food sector (not a must, but a plus)
• You hold a category B driving license (BE or trailer test: jackpot!)
• You are independent, resilient, and ready to take on more than just a little responsibility
• You speak fluent German, understand Swiss German, and can get by
