- Ensuring efficient duty planning in close cooperation with the residential group management.
- Coordination of temporary assignments.
- Participation in the optimization of processes and further development of the area.
- Providing transparent reporting for managers and HR.
- Organization of meetings and workshops.
This is what you bring
- Completed training in the social or administrative field (e.g., FaBe, FaGe, commercial clerk).
- Several years of experience in coordination tasks, ideally in personnel deployment planning in the social or healthcare sector.
- Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity.
- Career changers with solid and relevant experience are welcome.
