Your tasks
- Accompanying and supporting our residents (m/f/d) in everyday practical matters
- Promoting the participation of our residents (m/f/d) in community and social life
- Support in building and maintaining social contacts and skills
- Implementation of daily and weekly structured offers, psychosocial care
- Preparation of individual assistance plans and progress reports
- Documentation of services provided
- Taking on organizational tasks
- Participation in team meetings, supervisions, overall/assistance plan discussions, and further training
Your profile
- Completed studies in social pedagogy/social work (Bachelor with state recognition) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in working with people with severe and very severe mental illnesses and forensic patients (m/f/d) desirable
- Appreciative attitude and resident-oriented approach to work
- Creativity, teamwork, ability to reflect, flexibility, and commitment
- Strong social skills and communication skills
- Independent and reliable way of working
