Monday and Tuesday are our days off, meaning your working days are Wednesday to Sunday. We are interested in a long-term employment as we are not a seasonal business and are open all year round – except during company holidays. These are currently 1 week in February/March after carnival and 3 weeks in summer, plus a few days at Christmas.
We work according to L-GAV 42h week, and we highly value loyalty from our employees.
Since our guests always come to us specifically because we are not on a through road, consistent top quality is very important.

Produce, portion, and plate at the Saucier station
Cross-station assistance, Entremetier, Patissier, Gardemanger
Mise en place work for a la carte
Mise en place work for banquet area
Orders for own station
Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards
Cleaning the work area
Requirements
Completed cook apprenticeship EFZ
Enjoyment of gastronomy
Team spirit, reliability, and an independent working style
Good German skills
Mobility is an advantage
Motivation to take responsibility and contribute
