For our Customer Service department, location Pfaffnau, we are looking for a motivated personality for the position of Customer Advisor 80-100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• You take care of existing and new customers
• You support customers in daily business and ensure smooth, efficient, and transparent customer service and act as the interface to internal departments
• You promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
• You bring in customer needs and thus contribute to optimizing Elis's product and service offerings
• You are the central point between customer, logistics, purchasing, and production
• You represent their requirements internally at Elis and are responsible for ensuring that needs are met on time and with the required quality
• In cooperation with sales, you ensure the process of taking over new customers
• You plan all details with the departments involved to ensure a smooth takeover
• You regularly maintain customer data and articles in our ERP system and keep it up to date

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience
• Experience in customer service, sales, housekeeping, or the textile sector is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems
• Polished and confident communication in German, both spoken and written, is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy contact with people
• You are a communicative and proactive person
• You are team- and customer-oriented, think networked, and are resilient
• Your working style is systematic, efficient, precise, and goal-oriented
