YOUR TASKS

• Co-responsibility in the professional care and support of patients
• Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures 
• Co-responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
• Co-responsibility in the supervision of trainees in everyday life
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a health specialist with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ)
• Experience in acute care and dealing with medical patients is desired
• Teamwork skills and the talent to guide employees
• High social competence and a pronounced empathy
• Great flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 certificate) as well as good IT user skills
