a nursing professional HF/FH with a completed master's degree (ANP, CNS, MAS-Geriatrics / Gerontopsychiatry)
a specialist with several years of nursing experience in geriatrics and/or gerontopsychiatry
proficient in nursing science, diagnostics, and handling complex clinical situations
experienced in concept work, quality development, and/or project work
a personality with high professional, social, and self-competence
strong communicative skills, confident appearance, and skilled in dealing with diverse stakeholders
responsible, solution-oriented, and work in a structured manner
