We are looking for a
Building Envelope Designer / Facade Construction 60 - 100% (m/f/d) (in Stetten AG or Thun BE)
You think in millimeters – yet on a large scale. From your plans, halls, facades, and structures are created that last for decades. You combine technical skill with creative precision, turning visions into concrete forms and designs into real buildings.
Your mission
- you model, draw, and design – 3D models, roof and facade plans, sections, and details are created by your hands (AutoCAD Athena / HiCAD)
- together with the project manager, you prepare approval and execution documents
- you bring structure to the project – with well-thought-out parts lists and optimized orders
- you work hand in hand with steel construction, planning, and assembly in the team
- if necessary, you go to the construction site yourself to take measurements and see how your designs become reality
Your superpowers
- you have training as a metal construction designer or structural draftsman and already have a few years of experience in the world of building envelopes, facades, or metal construction
- CAD is your tool, precision your style
- you are proficient in MS Office and open to new digital solutions
- you think ahead, look for solutions, and work in a structured and reliable manner
- you speak the language of technology and that of your teammates: clear, direct, and on equal footing
- you know the Swiss standards and have a good sense of quality and feasibility
