Room Service and Catering Employee (a) from 01.03.2026
Tasks
Room Service:
Care for and accompany patients from admission to discharge
Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in personal contact
Recognize wishes and concerns and respond quickly
Ensure friendly, attentive service in everyday clinical life
Work in early or late shifts (06:30–19:30) without room hour
Work on an average of two weekends per month
Restaurant & Bistro:
Care for and serve our guests in the self-service restaurant and bistro
Responsible for cash register, billing, and buffet maintenance
Participate in catering and event assignments (conferences, training)
Ensure order and cleanliness in the service area
Shifts in various time slots between 06:30–19:30 (without room hour)
Profile
Completed training in the hospitality industry EFZ, ideally with experience in healthcare
Experience in service or banquet area
Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality
Very good German and English skills
Quick comprehension and confident action in changing situations
Confident handling of digital tools (Sanalogic an advantage)
