We are an independent full-service online agency based in Zurich. With our interdisciplinary team of around 30 people, we realize sustainable projects along the entire value chain – from consulting, through creation to implementation with subsequent operation. We are specialists in social media marketing, online marketing, and websites & apps. For more than 15 years, we have been successfully working for clients such as Allianz, Bio Suisse, Cenovis, ETH, Glatz AG, HSH, Hyundai, Zurich Cantonal Police, Pro Senectute, Schwyzer Kantonalbank, ZVV – and many others.

We are growing and are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, team-oriented, and interested personality as:

Project Manager Online Marketing (80%-100%), Zurich

Your tasks

• Conceptualization, planning, and control of online marketing projects and campaigns
• Coordination of internal and external specialists
• Developing online campaign strategies and campaign architectures
• Media planning, reporting, project controlling, and project billing
• Conceptualization and implementation of tracking measures
• Support in creating offers

Your profile

• Completed studies or equivalent training/continuing education in marketing & communication or IT
• Several years of experience in online marketing – ideally agency experience
• Experience with marketing tools from Google (Google Ads, GDN, YouTube Video Ads, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, DV360, etc.) – certificates are a plus
• Experience with tracking via GTM, GA4 and tool-side: from consulting to implementation
• Knowledge in conversion tracking (including goal definition & attribution)
• Experience in building and monitoring dashboards (e.g., Google Looker Studio)
• Knowledge in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience in setting up and campaigning social ads like Meta or LinkedIn
• Understanding of relevant online KPIs
• Fluent German skills (spoken and written), English skills are an advantage
