Your area of responsibility

A solid training – practical and theoretical
During this 12-month training, you will explore different areas by actively collaborating within the following teams:

Monitoring and administration of commercial clients
Claims management
Business consulting

One to three training days per month will allow you to refine your knowledge in the fields of economics and insurance.
Your certification
After passing the exam, you will receive the "Young Insurance Professional AFA" certificate. The abbreviation AFA stands for the certified title of the Swiss Association for Professional Insurance Training; it is recognized by the main Swiss insurance companies.
Prospect of a permanent job
If you have successfully obtained your diploma and both parties agree, you have a good chance of securing a permanent position at Swiss Life with interesting future prospects.

Your profile

You have a gymnasium, professional, or specialized maturity diploma
You are a native French speaker or have very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German or English is an advantage
You are eager to learn and discover the insurance professions
You have good interpersonal skills
You enjoy working with various teams and sharing your ideas
You are dynamic with a precise and structured working method
