Your Tasks
- Advising patients and relatives in crisis situations, on medical and/or vocational rehabilitation, financial matters, etc.
- Assistance and counseling for patients in difficult life situations, regarding home matters or financial aid
- Communication with relatives, caregivers, cost carriers, medical supply providers, and government agencies
- Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- State-recognized degree of diploma or bachelor's degree or comparable qualification in a basic medical education (health and nursing care)
- Social competence, communication skills, stress resistance, enthusiasm for innovation, and flexibility
- Good knowledge of social legislation
