About the job

• Ensuring and monitoring optimal delivery readiness
• Planning and scheduling our distribution routes
• Technical and execution responsibility for maintenance and repairs of our fleet of 23 vehicles, as well as damage processing
• Responsible for the ARV (Working and Rest Time Ordinance), i.e. maintaining data and being the direct contact person for our drivers
• Operational management of our driver team in teamwork within the dispatch team
• In case of bottlenecks, you are active in the operation yourself, either in the distribution process as a driver or in our distribution center in the fresh or frozen warehouse

• You have completed vocational training
• Driver's license category C and CZV driver qualification certificate as well as practical experience as a driver - preferably in the food industry
• You have good local knowledge of the Bern region
• You have good German language skills
• You have knowledge of Office programs (Excel / Word) and use them confidently
• You are flexible regarding working hours; office work during the day, driver activity occasionally at night
• You appreciate a varied "all-rounder" activity and enjoy working efficiently
