Your Tasks
- Your area of responsibility includes administrative emergency admission in SAP IS-H for adult and pediatric emergencies.
- You open and modify emergency files, maintain and check master data, clarify insurance relationships, and obtain cost approvals.
- As a specialist for initiating the cost assurance process, you communicate with internal and external parties and serve as a contact person for stakeholders.
- Further administrative tasks related to cost assurance and master data maintenance complete your future area of responsibility.
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in healthcare and have a high IT affinity (MS Office package and SAP IS-H).
- In addition, you find it easy to work in a structured manner and to prioritize cleanly under time pressure and high workload.
- Your strengths include remaining calm in exceptional situations and acting friendly and competently through your professional and pronounced service orientation.
- You enjoy working at different times and in different team compositions.
- Foreign language skills make your daily work easier.
