To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, recognized for the quality of internal training, we are looking for a Training Officer – LAA expertise to join our training team and actively contribute, as a business specialist, to digital transformation projects.
Workplace: Lausanne or Bern with regular travel to Lausanne
The tasks awaiting you:
- Support and verify the daily work of new employees (Coaching)
- Organize and deliver blocks of theoretical and practical training
- Create and maintain clear and effective teaching materials
- Conduct status review interviews with the employee and their hierarchical superior
- Create and deliver continuing education for employees
- Participate in and coordinate working groups related to business processes
- Identify and analyze optimization possibilities or process deviations
- Participate in various projects related to digital transformation, notably representing business needs, performing tests, and supporting change
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of social insurance, ideally with a federal certificate
- Strong experience as an LAA benefits manager, experience in sickness loss of earnings is an asset
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of German (level B2); bilingual French/German is an asset
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
