Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and professional service in restaurants and bars
- Assist with mise en place, order taking, and service delivery
- Support students in developing service skills during training
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Participate in service innovation and special events
- Report operational needs to supervisors or managers
- Control the daily production, manage the quantities
Profile and experiences:
- Professional
diploma in hospitality or service preferred
- Training in food & beverage service or bartending is an advantage
- 1–3
years of experience in food & beverage service
- Previous experience in premium or fine-dining environments preferred
- Knowledge of basic restaurant and bar service standards
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
