Head of Nursing

Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a committed, motivated, and innovative personality for the position starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement:

Head of Nursing Spitex, 80 – 100 %

You are an empathetic leader with a passion for nursing and care. You are interested in taking responsibility for the quality and further development of outpatient care.

What to expect:

• Professional quality and further development of nursing and care in the outpatient sector
• Handling complex situations in nursing as well as professional support for employees in all functions
• Leadership of team leaders
• Main responsibility for assessments (InterRAI HC) and their organization together with the team leaders
• Main responsibility in the onboarding process during the probation period for all nursing staff
• Training and further development of the nursing process (NANDA)

What you bring:

• Diploma in nursing HF / FH
• Several years of professional experience in somatic nursing with a comprehensive understanding of nursing
• Further training in the nursing field
• Several years of leadership experience with appropriate training
• Experience in project, process, and quality management
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written form as well as high social competence

• 85 motivated Spitex employees in somatic nursing, psychiatric nursing, housekeeping, training, and administration
