Your tasks
- Creating pleasant first contacts with patients (m/f/d) and relatives
- Interface management for internal and external contacts
- Digital admission management
- Organization and coordination of the outpatient clinic's workload
- Occupancy control
- Assistance and execution of diagnostic activities such as blood sampling, drug screening, and vital parameter measurement
- Appointment management of the outpatient clinic
- Service recording, statistics, and billing
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- A respectful attitude towards patients (m/f/d) and relatives is a matter of course for you
- You are an organizational talent – a structured and organized way of working characterizes you, as well as a high degree of flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Experience in psychiatric care is not necessary – we will gladly teach you!
