Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the night shift in collaboration with the team
- Support of the night watch team in complex care situations
- Professional responsibility for care quality and traceability in electronic documentation in the department
- Professional and appreciative interaction with residents and their relatives
- Contact person for family doctors, referrers, external service providers, etc.
Your profile:
- Certified nursing specialist (HF)
- Experience in RAI-NH MDS is an advantage
- Knowledge in long-term care
- Experience in acute nursing situations
- Sense of responsibility, service orientation and customer friendliness
- Independence, organizational talent, reliability and flexibility
