We are immediately looking for support as 

Employee: Building Maintenance (100%) 

Your area of responsibility:

• Cleaning work in the multifunctional facilities in the sports and congress center 
• Collaboration in the facilities & event support team of Arosa Tourism 
• Support at various events in all manual areas (setup and dismantling, provision, etc.) 
• Daily maintenance and management of the various infrastructures 
• Outdoor work such as snow removal in winter 
• Maintenance of building services 
• Simple repairs of all kinds 
• Assigning orders to maintenance and repair companies; monitoring their work execution 
• Purchasing and billing of consumables and equipment 
• Deployment in guest support through your expertise (ice sports - ice hockey, ice stock, curling) 
• Technical support in the audio & video area of the sports and congress center Arosa 

Your profile:

• Manual skills 
• Driver's license category B
• Connection to tourism and the event business 
• Completed practical basic training 
• High technical understanding (controls based on hardware and software) 
• Reliability, flexibility, loyalty, and resilience  
• Independent and reliable working style 
• Willingness to work flexible hours 
• Confident German, written and spoken. Other foreign languages are an advantage
