- Active participation in service (à la carte service, groups, half board, breakfast) with all associated tasks in the restaurant area
- Relief/representation of the Head of Service
- Co-responsibility for the department, introduction and management of the service team
Your profile
- Solid gastronomic training with professional experience, IT skills
- Several years of experience in gastronomy/hotellerie (including Swiss experience)
- Punctual, reliable, team player
- Independent working and willingness to help
- Enjoy working with apprentices/interns
- Good manners as well as pronounced leadership qualities
- Sense of responsibility, trustworthiness and discretion
- German & English required, French an advantage
