- Overall responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing department of adolescent psychiatry
- Active participation in the interprofessional department management as well as close and constructive collaboration with all professional groups
- Further development and implementation of modern, evidence-based nursing concepts
- Ensuring high nursing quality and patient safety
- Design and management of training and continuing education offerings
- Leadership of professional and interprofessional projects as well as working groups
- Building and maintaining a professional network to promote innovation and knowledge transfer
Profile
- Completed nursing training (HF/FH) as well as further education in leadership/management
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in child and adolescent psychiatry / psychiatry
- Strong social, leadership, and communication skills
- Strategic thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High motivation to actively shape change processes
