Sous Chef - Production

80% - 100% Lucerne

We are looking for a Sous Chef in the production kitchen (a)

Here is what you will do

You will take on the deputy management of the production kitchen including the kitchens on the ships
You are responsible for operational production as well as ensuring quality
You lead the employees in the production kitchen
You are responsible for inventory management
You conduct quality controls

What we expect from you

You have completed training as a cook EFZ
You bring several years of professional experience
You already have leadership experience
You speak German
You enjoy working in a team
