- Serve as the main technical product consultant for Wingtra stakeholders in the EMEA region, aiding customers and partners to maximize product utilization through best-in-class support handling and subject matter expertise
- Leverage knowledge and experience in drone workflows, photogrammetry, geomatics, and surveying to support requests and investigate technical issues
- Demonstrate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, working closely with our engineers in Zurich and partners in EMEA to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize product performance
- Travel to customers for pilot projects, trainings, and product demonstrations
- Support the sales team in deal closing stage and during sales demos
- Drive engagement with regional partners through structured onboarding, training sessions, in-person and remote meetings, and impactful product presentations
- Effectively utilize Hubspot as a CRM platform to handle customer support requests, seek out insights on customer activity to promote product upsell, and facilitate logistics processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation for external and internal stakeholders through the Knowledg
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical field such as Geomatics, Science, Technology, or Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in the geospatial industry, preferably in technical support or sales of a technical product
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Business-level fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 30%)
- Proficiency with modern CRM or ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or HubSpot
- Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, growing companies
- Fluency in German, French or Spanish
- Experience working in the UAV (drone) industry
- Technical proficiency in photogrammetry (or strong willingness to learn), LiDAR, or GIS software, with hands-on experience in tools such as Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, Trimble Business Center, LIDAR360, QGIS, or ArcGIS
- Experience in training, public speaking, or technical presentations, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to customers, partners, and internal teams
