The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our team of the Hospitality Service of the Regional Hospital of Mendrisio, we are looking for a permanent position of
Dietetic Cook (80%)
Profile:
The future collaborator has excellent technical-professional skills.
They perform all operational activities of the sector respecting defined programs, rules, and work procedures. They effectively organize their work by setting priorities. They are available, change-oriented, and able to respond to challenges. They handle significant workloads promptly and seriously, maintaining good relationships in a multicultural context.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal certificate of capacity as a dietetic cook.
- Several years of professional experience, gained in a similar position in medium/large private or public organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of current hygiene standards and procedures (HACCP).
- Availability for flexible work shifts (7/7 and evenings).
- Autonomy, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and creativity.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, spoken and written; knowledge of other national languages is desirable.
- Good knowledge of main IT tools (office package).
