We are a small but dynamic and innovative organization with a mandate for outpatient care and household services in the municipality of Würenlos. It is very important to us that the nearly 7,000 residents of Würenlos can stay at home as long and as well cared for as possible. We place great importance on our clients being able to build a solid trust relationship with us, and therefore ensure personnel continuity in our care and support. To complement our care team, we are looking for a motivated nurse HF or health professional EFZ (80% - 100%) (also welcome returnees) Your core tasks
Professional basic and treatment care of our clients, taking their biography and relatives into account. Implementation of medically prescribed interventions You create care plans and actively shape the care process, as a nurse HF you work with the interRAI instrument You work independently and are at the same time an empathetic and supportive team member
You support the other professional groups with your knowledge Your profile
Completed training as a nurse HF or health professional EFZ (or equivalent with SRK recognition) Career starters and returnees are warmly welcome Advantageous experience in one or more of the following areas:
- interRAI-HC
- Wound management
- Medical technology
Independent and responsible working style High professional and social competence Enjoyment in dealing with people of all ages
