Your team
The Operations division is responsible for processing banking transactions and managing investment funds across various financial instruments, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management, as well as the security and quality of its services. By developing and maintaining a robust infrastructure, the division supports wealth management, asset management, private assets, real estate, and investment fund services through the application of recognized operational expertise.
The Securities Transfer team’s main responsibility is managing the transfer of securities and fund shares from or to a counterparty until final settlement with our custodians and administrators.
Your role
- Handle announcements and open files related to securities transfers.
- Ensure coordination and communication with external counterparties, fund administrators, managers, and internal clients of the Pictet Group.
- Analyze the securities positions to be transferred, proceed with registration and opening of securities in the database, and handle any potential blocks.
- Invoice files using the Avaloq and TOMS banking software, and enrich payment instructions.
- Prepare and send responses to custodians, setting appropriate settlement dates.
- Monitor and control the execution of files, ensuring regular status updates.
- Engage with counterparties to process pending operations.
- Close and archive files once transfers are completed.
- Perform internal transfers of securities and fund shares according to established procedures.
Your profile
- Education with a banking or economic focus, or equivalent experience in the field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations, ideally in securities or fund transfer management.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office).
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Customer service orientation, rigor, and precision in process and priority management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
