Your Area of Responsibility

• You primarily handle labor law legal questions and cases and are the first point of contact for the HR department
• You contribute to the development of labor law basic documents
• You handle legal questions and cases in various areas of corporate law and health law

Your Experience

• You have a completed law degree and relevant professional experience in labor and personnel law, preferably in the HR environment. Additionally, you ideally have a lawyer's license and the title of SAV Specialist Lawyer in Labor Law
• You are an initiative-taking, responsible, and reliable personality with assertiveness, who enjoys working independently and feels comfortable in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment
• You have a quick grasp, think entrepreneurially, and are service- and results-oriented
• You are able to express yourself orally and in writing in a stylistically confident, precise, and audience-appropriate manner to different stakeholder groups
