Customer Advisor Invoice Processing (80% - 100%)
Many facets, much responsibility.
You independently check the incoming invoices of the IV service providers based on the issued orders, carry out the associated clarifications, and execute the payment instructions. You handle reminders, manage correspondence, maintain telephone contact with suppliers, authorities, and customers, and support them with system-related questions. Furthermore, you record data for statistics and carry this out independently or in collaboration with colleagues.

You have completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship or have another completed basic education and commercial further training (commercial school diploma). Ideally, you have also gained several years of professional experience in a rather number-related activity. You enjoy working in a team, are willing to learn, and want to develop personally and professionally. You enjoy working with numbers, and your working style is precise and efficient. You are open to digital transformation.
