Your tasks
- Further development of innovative IT services and processes with a focus on future-oriented technologies such as AI, AI agents, and automation.
- Optimization of self-service, knowledge management, and automation solutions through the use of platforms such as ServiceNow and M365.
- Ensuring the provision of effective and scalable IT services that meet the requirements of a modern working environment.
- Responsibility for Organizational Change Management (OCM) in your projects to ensure acceptance and sustainable integration of new technologies and innovations among all university members.
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the design and implementation of IT innovations.
Your profile
- University degree (preferably in computer science, business informatics, or a related field) or an equivalent education with relevant professional experience.
- Solid knowledge in the implementation and optimization of platforms such as ServiceNow and M365 as well as enthusiasm for new technologies like AI and automation solutions.
- Experience in IT service management and organizational change management, ideally in a university environment or a similar organization.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Communication skills and persuasiveness to actively shape and effectively accompany change processes.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
