Your tasks- Develop meal plans and menu sequences
- Control quality, quantity, and price of goods
- Properly store supplies in refrigerated rooms and freezers and check inventory levels
- Prepare a variety of dishes: soups, appetizers, meat, fish, sauces, side dishes, desserts, etc.
- During the cook apprenticeship, you inform guests about the food offerings
- You will learn about prices and delivery conditions for food within the cook training
- Successfully completed compulsory schooling
- Manual dexterity and creativity
- Neat appearance
- Enthusiasm and motivation
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German skills - our kitchen language is German
