Here you get involved
- Information and contact point for patients of the Limmattal Therapy Center, contact person for internal and external employees and customers
- General secretarial tasks, operation of the telephone switchboard, mail and email processing
- Support of therapy planning
- Case management of the therapy center, support and execution of therapy planning
- Ensuring the flow of information within the therapy team
You
- have completed commercial or medical basic training with professional experience in healthcare
- already have experience in patient administration or therapy scheduling, knowledge of the planning tool Polypoint (RAP) is helpful
- work independently as well as efficiently and are resilient, persistent and have a strong customer orientation
- possess organizational skills as well as networked thinking
- are flexible and have a strong willingness to cover absences such as vacations and other absences (annual working time)
- have good German skills as well as other foreign languages
- appreciate an annual working time and work at a higher rate during vacation absences
- already have experience with KISIM and NAV Dynamics as well as in scheduling and billing in the field of occupational / physiotherapy and speech therapy
