Your Tasks
Are you ready to take on responsibility as a deputy team leader?
In this responsible and versatile role, you actively support the team leadership in daily management. You coach and accompany your team with commitment and professional competence to enable our residents with moderate to severe dementia to receive modern, professional, and individually tailored care.
You will be accompanied by a young, motivated, and supportive leadership team. Further development, innovation, and active shaping of everyday care are not just buzzwords for you but real motivation.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Communication skills
- Teamwork skills

- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
