Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (2-shift operation) 100%

Activities

In this position, you are responsible for the precise manufacturing of demanding workpieces on CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control (3-, 4- and/or 5-axis). You set up the CNC milling machines according to the TopSolid clamping plan, assemble the tools based on the TopSolid tool list, and operate a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device.
In addition, you process customer orders in compliance with applicable manufacturing and inspection guidelines as well as other quality requirements, perform order-related bookings in the ERP system, and produce components according to drawings. Furthermore, you optimize and commission CAM-generated programs, carry out weekly machine maintenance according to operator instructions, and ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace.

Requirements

You have a basic education as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic specializing in CNC milling, possess solid CNC knowledge, and are willing to work in a 2-shift operation. You have an exact and precise working style, good communication skills in German (spoken and written), and demonstrate high independence as well as teamwork skills. Flexibility, loyalty, responsibility, and assertiveness complete your profile.
