Debt Collection Officer (m/f/d)

To successfully meet the daily challenges of the real estate sector, you need service-oriented employees. As a specialist and member of the large real estate accounting team, you handle debt collection in collaboration with property management.

• Control of automated monthly reminder cycles
• Execution of collection measures
• Monitoring collection cases from the debt enforcement request
• Management and resolution of legal cases
• Establishment of payment plans, monitoring payments, and sending reminders
• Drafting eviction requests in case of payment delays
• Telephone and written contacts with all relevant departments (property management, accounting, owners, lawyers, authorities, etc.)

• You have completed basic commercial training
• Experience in debt collection and knowledge of the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (LP) are essential
• Knowledge of tenancy law
• Native French speaker, strong writing skills in French
• Proven knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are solution-oriented and immediately tackle challenges
• You work independently and precisely
