To successfully meet the daily challenges of the real estate sector, you need service-oriented employees. As a specialist and member of the large real estate accounting team, you handle debt collection in collaboration with property management.
Your detailed mission
- Control of automated monthly reminder cycles
- Execution of collection measures
- Monitoring collection cases from the debt enforcement request
- Management and resolution of legal cases
- Establishment of payment plans, monitoring payments, and sending reminders
- Drafting eviction requests in case of payment delays
- Telephone and written contacts with all relevant departments (property management, accounting, owners, lawyers, authorities, etc.)
Your profile
- You have completed basic commercial training
- Experience in debt collection and knowledge of the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (LP) are essential
- Knowledge of tenancy law
- Native French speaker, strong writing skills in French
- Proven knowledge of German is an advantage
- You are solution-oriented and immediately tackle challenges
- You work independently and precisely
